FLOORING

We have been providing Lethbridge with custom flooring solutions since 2001. Over the last 16+ years, we have been working with busy families, couples and professionals to provide quality products in a variety of price points and for different decor tastes.

Our team stays up to date on trends, installation methods and product knowledge in order to serve our customers in the best possible way. We have several collections in each different flooring type that work for different people depending on budget, lifestyle and taste.

HARDWOOD

Over the last few years, hardwood in Lethbridge (especially solid hardwood) has become less and less popular as families have become more busy and are looking for something a little more durable. However, for anyone looking to have a beautiful classic or rusty look, engineered hardwood is the perfect way to go. In our climate, we encourage people to purchase an engineered hardwood rather than a solid, which also keeps the budget lower as well.

To understand the difference and pro/cons of engineered vs. solid hardwood, check out our blog post here.

We have an array of products ranging from a clean, smooth Maple to the excitement of Hickory or Teak to the classic look of Oak. The 2017 trend is leaning towards lighter, more natural tones and extra wide, very long boards. We have wood that is as wide as 9.5”, which creates an incredibly expansive look, especially in an open concept home. Even better? Our hardwood starts at just $6.99.

Did You Know?

We have been in Lethbridge for almost 20 years!

We opened the first store in 2001 and have moved several times since then. Our current studio is designed to allow home owners to select all the products for their renovation or build.

We have had the pleasure of working with thousands of happy homeowners to make their space beautiful. From rental properties to restaurants to high end custom homes, we have worked in just about every type of project imaginaeble!

LUXURY VINYL TILE & PLANK

Many people going in to a renovation have a vision that is unfortunately limited by their lifestyle. With the introduction of Pinterest, Houzz and Instagram that show perfect (cough cough “unrealistic”) photos of homes with beautiful hardwood and ceramic tile, we get countless clients looking for ways to mimic these looks. Thank goodness for the invention of vinyl products. Luxury Vinyl Plank (sometimes abbreviated to LVP) is a manufactured product with the look of real wood or tile. Where it differs mostly is in the durability. Because it has a fibreglass or PVC core, it is warm, easily maintained, scratch resistant, water resistant and pet/kid friendly.

This is the PERFECT choice for busy families, pet owners or really just anyone who does not have the time to maintain their floor on a regular basis.

LVP/LVT often comes in two formats – a glue down product (sometime called Dryback) and a click version. The click version is similar to laminate and can be nice for DIYers and anyone not wanting the added hassle of a subfloor. However, this is not what we recommend. In our opinion, the glue down version is much better and is equally easy to install for the “weekend warrior” but is also much more cost effective.

We have many, many options for your LVP or LVT flooring in every price range and durability need. Currently “Greige” (grey/ beige) which is also called a ‘reclaimed barnwood’ look is a commonly installed LVP colour . We have all different widths and lengths of planks available in store.  For LVT,  we carry concrete looks, traditional tile looks and everything in between. On trend right now are 12″ x 24″ tiles in entry ways and bathrooms.

LAMINATE

For an alternative to hardwood, laminate is commonly used in builder grade homes. Many of our products have an wear level rating of AC 4, 5, or 6 and a floor score of E1.
